A recipe born of left over brew supplies. 100% Liberty Hops worked well. But when I do this again, it'll be all American 2 row for a single malt-single hop session beer. Sounds like a 4th of July Ale!

6.00 lbs. Maris Otter Pale
2.00 lbs. American 2-row
2.00 lbs. American Caramel 30°L

2.0 oz. Liberty (Whole, 4.00 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.50 oz. Liberty (Whole, 4.00 %AA) boiled 15 min.
0.50 oz. Liberty (Whole, 4.00 %AA) boiled 1 min.

Single step infusion mash at 154 for 60 minutes then batch sparged.

1. Don't think they were trying to clone Anchor Liberty Ale.
2. It seems to be named after the use of a single hop, Liberty.
3. This recipe is 4 years old.
