wow this thread has gotten some action. i havent been on in awhile. i got the email that forres put together a recipe. here is what i put together almost a year ago when this whole thing started. i just did an extract recipe to try first before moving on:
6lbs Wheat DME
1oz Coriander Seeds
.5oz Dried Orange Peel (bitter)
1oz Cluster Hops (.7 oz for bitter, .3 oz for flavor)
Wyeast Kolsch Ale 2565
it came out very good. had all the sunset wheat flavor in it but tasted more like beer than the sunset wheat. the swmbo loved it and i liked it cause it still tasted like beer.
