Do the legs get hot on the Bayou Classic sp-10?

I would like to brew on the deck but if they legs get hot I think the driveway might be the better move.

Is using one of these things on a wooden deck a very bad idea or am I just being too cautious?

The legs don't get hot, but a boil over can stain your deck it happened to me but after about 3 months it mostly faded away.
