I loved the grass wine story! I have toyed with the idea of making a wine with my alfafa hay. It makes a nice tea, so wine should be good!

I appreciate the compliments guys! I really enjoyed getting to know Jack. He's been an inspiration to me for years, and getting to correspond with him was tough as I was trying not to gush.

What a great interview! My first Jack Keller wine was dandelion . I picked 2,000 blossoms for that one . Jack's blog is a must go to for fruit wine recipes . Great job.

Wonderful job with the interview. Thanks for sharing. I've read many of Jack's recipes on his website and tried several.
