I have some leftovers that I want to use up before ordering my next shipment. This is what I have left, looking for some input on a hop schedule and and what white labs or dry yeast to use(can't lager right now)! I will be doing BIAB, here's what I have.
1.5 oz centennial
8# 2-row
1# 8oz flaked corn
12oz carapils
8oz white wheat
8oz vienna
It's going to end op very light in color but the IBU's and ABV are spot on what I like!
Thanks !:rockin:

Looks like a cream ale to me. I'd go with any clean ale yeast, but I also really like white labs cream ale blend if your LHBS carries it. I'd go half an ounce each at 60, 10, 0m for a fairly hoppy cream ale.
