These hops are what I have leftover in my freezer and decided to do a nice IIPA let me know what you think



Recipe Type: All Grain BIAB
Yeast: 2 packets S-05
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.079
IBU: 83
Boiling Time: 60
Primary Fermentation: 64f until krausen drops fully then 68f
Color: 7
Mash temp: 150f

11lb Pale Malt 2 row
2lb Marris Otter
1lb table sugar added at high krausen
8oz C20
8oz Honey Malt
6oz Acidulated Malt

First Wort Hop- 1.00 oz Columbus 15%
10 min- 1.00 oz Cascade 5%
10 min- 1.00 oz Simcoe 11.6%
5 min - 1.00 oz Cascade 5%
5 min - 1.00 oz Simcoe 11.6%
Knockout/whirlpool
1oz Columbus
1oz Centennial
1oz Citra
2oz Simcoe

Dry Hop- 5 days
2oz Simcoe
2oz Cascade
 
You've made this already, I assume? I'da put the Cascade in the knockout additions, and put the Columbus & Centennial in the dry-hops. I like that dank aroma, though.

Never made it before these are literally the hops i've got leftover in my freezer right now.. Mostly pellet and some leaf. I'll be brewing this tomorrow and will keep this thread updated.

They're all vaccumed sealed like this
3x 2 oz Simcoe pellets
2x 2 oz Cascade pellets
1x 2 oz Columbus pellets
1x 1 oz Citra leaf
1x 1 oz Centennial leaf
