Left over hop's batch

I'm going to brew a IPA soon but wanted to get a opinion on my hop's and schedule. These are leftover hop's i had and wanted to use them up without buying more. 5 gallons

12 lbs 2 row american
1 lb munich
8 oz crystal 40L
8 oz carapils

1oz chinook (60 min)
1oz perle german (10 min)
1oz cascade (1min)
1/2 us east kent golding dry hop 1-3 days
