Put a IPA kit into my bucket yesterday. I see a lot of action inside the bucket, but air lock isn't bubbling yet. I'm assuming I have a leaky lid. Is there anyway to find out where its leaking or will the Co2 level get high enough to start the air lock? Is there going to be any issues with the leaky lid until it goes into the secondary?

Thanks

There may be more leaking buckets than none leaking. Not a problem at all. Some folks don't even snap their lids on during fermentation. You may get enough CO2 to get some bubbling since it's only been one day but whether you do or not, you are making beer. Bubbling can be a visual indicator of fermentation but no bubbling doesn't mean that it's not fermenting.
