Leaking regulator

I have a brand new tesuco reg 2 weeks old I had a roll of tape fall of bar on to it but only fell 20cm and knocked top dials them it's started to leak. Why do u think can o fix it or should I send it back?

you can get replacement gauges. If it's the gauge for the tank pressure make sure you get the correct threads (left/right).

Or (NOT under pressure!) unscrew them, wrap them with thread tape and re-tighten.

unless it's leaking inside the gauge itself...then replacements.
