So I just pulled all of my Hartwhick from last yr out of the freezer.
every vacuum sealed bag is loose and there are ice crystals inside it.
I opened every bag and they are wet to the touch and not very aromatic.
they were in the back of the freezer so i never noticed.
every one of my Arcadians from last yr I dried and sealed up are still tight and sealed up with zero signs of ice crystals so i'm thinking i didn't dry my Hartwhicks enough.
I assume trying to dry them out is fruitless since they have been squashed flat by the sealer?
