last nights kegging

kegged an irish stout and an IPA last night. The aroma from the IPA was so good I had to pull a small glass to taste it...Damn is it good. The aroma was like fresh ground grapefruit skins......I was afraid to taste the irish stout.. scared none would make it to the kegerator lol.

I have had brews that tempted me to drink them right out of the fermenter, without ever carbing or conditioning them. And then they're always better when they're carbed. Unbelievable.
