So I have a 3 tap setup and the 3 beers I have hooked up at the moment all taste a little yeasty and a little bitter. They are house pale ale(6 weeks), bass ale clone(10 weeks) and dead guy clone(7 weeks). the weeks listed are when they were brewed. The house pale primary 2 weeks and 1 weeks 2nd then keg, the bass primary 2 weeks, 2nd 2 weeks then keg and the rogue primary 4 weeks(in conical), 2nd 1 week then keg. Do they need more time to ripen? If so should I bring them back up to room temp?

Any help would be great! thanks !
