Lambics

Getting ready to tackle a Lambic .. Thinking Raspberry. I was looking for any info possible. Anyone who has tried it or knows anything about it. Just covering all corners before i start it. Make sure there isn't some sort of helpful knowledge out there i haven't read or seen yet.

LOL, yeah... Check the wild forum. I'm guessing your not quite sure of all the details of the beer your about to tackle. Its going to be a year plus and your going to spend a lot of extra equipment/fruit. It will be one of the more expensive beers you'll make. I'm guessing you'll start reading about it and say, "Well is there a way to simulate a Lambic" to which the answer is no, sadly.
