No question here, just singing it's praises. Pitched this directly into a 2.5 gal batch of 60/40 2 row/flaked wheat. It's been in primary 3 months now, krausen formed, left, then re formed, slight pellicle is developing now. OG 1.060 and it's down to 1.010. Obviously a slight ways to go to reach FG plus about 10 months worth of aging, but man did that sample taste oh so sour already.
Planning on leaving it on the cake for another 6 mos then racking onto some tart cherries for another 4 mos until bottling. After i rack onto cherries i'm going to pitch a brown ale on the cake! ( i assume at that point i'll be filled with questions on how long to age again) Good Stuff!
