Hi all. ive been looking for a solid sumpin clone recipe but all that ive been able to find are older still in progress recipes. i also have a biab setup which i can do extract as well. i use 2 4 gallon kettles since i dont have the cash to splurge out for a 7 gallon pot. does anyone have a good recipe i can use?

Man. Picked the ingredients up for the recipe and I am glad my lhbs sells hops in bulk. I would've spent big money if they didn't.

I just brewed this today and followed the podcast above. I do BIAB full volume no sparge with a extreme squeeze of the bag. I came up with the recipe in the posted pic below. I had a preboil gravity of 1.066 at 7 gallons and after the 90 minute boil I got down to 5 at a 1.086! Target was a 1.071. This will be a big one.

Bottled this up yesterday. 3 days after dry hopping with the massive dry hop bill. Holy hoppy aroma. Just smelled absolutely fantastic. Fruity and sweet!! Can't wait to drink it in two weeks or so. I'll try to remember to post the pic of the pour
