Have a 3gall. batch lagering in a fridge for 6 weeks. Need that space for something else but don't want to bottle yet since it's for Xmas. Can I just put it in my basement for another month(70* right now) or will that hurt it somehow? Thanks.

I believe is safer (to avoid contamination) if you bottle and then store on the basement.

The beer will keep aging any way.

Either bottling or keeping in the same vessel and moving it won't hurt but I would probably just move it and get back in the fridge to finish lagering. I would probably transfer it to a secondary first just to keep from shaking all that trub back up into the beer.

I would definitely bottle now. I don't think it's a good idea to leave beer in a plastic bucket for weeks. Plastic lets oxygen in which could affect your beer negatively for long term storage. Bottle bow and that will let you beer keep longer.
