how would the results be if one were to lager in a fridge but with no special temp controller added?

I don't have a temp controller but I do use a digital thermometer with a sensor that sends a signal to the thermometer on the wall. I can read the temp inside the fridge, and use the 0-9 temp adjustment that comes with the fridge. Works fine, but usually wont go any higher than 48F without fluctuating.

yeah just put a normal thermometer for reading outside temps i there. and is there a knob on ur fridge that makes it colder or warmer...but not exact temp?
