I have a fridge set up for lagering. I also planned on using it as a kegerator. I was just wondering if this is a good idea. Will my lagered beer be alright as a fluxuate the fridge temp between 45-50 for primary fermentation and 32-35 for secondary? Would I be better of to try and get another fridge for the kegerator? Thanks for the help, Scot

I wouldn't do it unless you have a temp controller that you can set the temp differential on. Most fridges tend to swing temps a lot which might not be ideal for lagering.

I have a temperature regulator. It is a Johnson digital model. Will the finished beer be harmed from the temperature swing that is necessary for fermenting additional batches of beer?
