I brewed the NB De Konnick kit a while back (mid jan 2012). Round 4.5% abv. After kegging and bottling a few, some went to the fridge and some to the freezer. It was good back in the keg, not great. Not the best flavor profile. I just cracked a bomber open: wow! Really great, concentrated flavors. Did the extended fridge aging tighten the flavors up, rather than age the beer into a muddled mess?
