Im still messin around with this lager recipe and wanted to know if any of you have yoused this much Briess Vienna malt befor. Good , bad the ugly? Thanks befor hand:) Extract- Grain

6lbs 2 row pale malt liquid ex
3lbs briess vienna malt
1lb briess munich malt
.5lb Weyermann Carahell malt
50 min at 155 sparge with 170 ( Not the liquid ex)
add Liquid ex at boil.

Hops: 1oz German Hallertaur Ttradition :bitter at 60 min
.5oz German Hallertaur Hersbrucker: flavoe at 30 min
.5 oz German Tettnanger: aroma at 15 min

Yeast : WLP#830
 
Some all grain brewers use 100% vienna malt. You may or may not like the taste, but 3 pounds won't make this a bad beer at all.
