Lager Fermentation

I have already racked my beer to a second fermentator but during the initial fermentation, the airlock didn't really move all that much. Is it normal for this to happen with lager brewing?

I'm don't know what you mean by "all that much," but lager fermentations tend to go more slowly than ale fermentations. Did you check the gravity before you racked?
