Lager bottle conditioning?

Simple question, but I haven't been able to find an answer to it anywhere: Once bottled, should you condition a lager at lagering temps or at room temp?
 
If you want it to carb up, I'd suggest storing it at room temperature until it's carbed up. Then, you can store it at cellar temperatures ideally, since it's already been lagered.
