So right when I was ready to give up on stouts. I tried Guinness dry stout, a peanut butter milk stout (too overwhelming in my opinion) I didn’t want to be spending money on beers I’m forcing myself to like (because I want to like at least one beer per style). I found Garage brewery Marshmallow Milk stout and it was great!

So I figured I can make a small batch of something like this, a gallon or 3 for the first time. So I was looking into lactose and found this: Now Foods Lactose Milk Sugar - 1 lb (Pack of 5) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0041WML2S/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Can I use this? It’s meant for baby formula but I believe since it’s not marketed for Homebrew, it’s cheaper.
