Lack of fermentation

I’m using active dry yeast in my 2- 1gallon glass jugs, and in a couple hours there is only a small amount of bubbles but not like my other batch. I’m using a different yeast then the dry D47. I want sweeter wine this time. Do I need to add nutrient to fermentation starts up stronger? How much to 1 gallon jugs?

What are you fermenting?

At what temperature?

With what nutrients?

Much more info is required before anyone will be able to offer useful suggestions...
