Label input?

I've sort of decided to delve into the labeling realm as christmas approaches. I am hoping to label and gift some 22's of a beer I recently did and figured I'd post up my idea and see what people think.

I really enjoy simplicity, so I was hoping to generate a label that would appear clean and minimalistic but provide the necessary information. I was thinking I would fill in the bottom row info by hand via felt tip pen for individual batches, changing only the name and small description underneath.
Thoughts? Ideas?

I would leave off several of the bottom elements such as the OG, FG, Brewed Date, etc... and turn the Six Sixteen on a diagonal, possibly slightly larger than the label. I like the simplicity of it though, just looks a little Microsoft Word-ish being so rigid.
