I know kviek works fast and clean at elevated temperature pushing 90-100. Which, if any, work best in the mid-upper 70s? Dry or liquid, dry preferred.

Mangrove Jack M12 (dry). I started fermenting it at 90, but my aquarium heater got smashed so my last two batches I fermented at 68-ish (whatever the ambient temp in my apartment was). They were also session beers so I broke all the rules. It still cranked. I was surprised. Upper seventies should be even better. Kveik is incredible. It is the only yeast I use anymore.

It's called kveik (pronounced kvake). It depends on your aim, if you want it clean and with less twang, I'd recommend room temperature. Otherwise, 37c ftw! I don't like the twang anymore, got it even with lutra, so I only use it in mead nowadays.
