Hey everybody,

I'm thinking about doing up a Kolsch and I just came across an interesting recipe. It calls for adding a Kolsch ale yeast for primary fermentation, then adding a Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager Yeast in a secondary at 50 degrees to lager for three weeks.

Anyone ever do this before? :mug:

Kind of late, but I've done this a few times and noticed that the finish is a little cleaner (will probably always do this with my Kolsch now). Wish I could describe it better, but that was about a year ago! Curious to know if you've done it and what your results were.
