Kolsch Question: JZ's or Black Widow

I'm looking to brew a kolsch for the summer. I'm wondering if any folks have brewed JZ's recipe from Brewing Classic Styles and the Black Widow Kolsch, and if so, how they compare.

I've brewed JZ's Kolsch before. It was fine, but kind of boring to be honest. I really like Ed Wort's Kolsch from these forums.

+1 for Edwort's Kolsch. I have a batch on tap and everyone that has tasted it raves about how good it is.

I like my kolsch with pilsner, light Munich, and a touch of wheat.
