Hey guys,
I have a Kolsch and a Blue Moon cold crashing at home and will be kegging these tomorrow. I have typically always used Knox to clarify when I have a chamber empty to cold crash. This will be my first time to kegg a Blue Moon and I was wondering if there is any real benefit to doing this?
Both of these have been in a primary for almost 3 weeks and are completely done and have been cold crashing since Friday at 33 degrees. They look great as is, but I typically use Knox as a backup.
Since Blue Moons are typically cloudy anyway, is there any overall gain to using Knox in these types of beers?
Ken
