Your post is over 4 months old. Got tasting notes? What good is a recipe if you don't ever tell us how it tastes and what you think of it?
 
I love that you said to use 10.00 gallons of Salt Lake City, UT water. The water here is really good for brewing in my opinion.

But uh how did this beer turn out?
