Kit ingredient dates

Sooo.... Some family wanted me to show them how to brew. I decided to use a kit, instead of using one of my recipes or one from beersmith, so they could use one if they wanted to try themselves. I was hesitant to by one because of the age the kit could be. Aaaand my fears were confirmed. I bought the kit from a LHBS where the temp was about 70F.

Looking at getting a decent end product without throwing the whole kit out.

Munich Helles, $36.90
Yeast (brewferm Lager) date: 01/08/2014, iffy but getting another sachet.
CBW Pilsen Light LME(plastic container): 0?/08/2013, Don't trust it.
Hops, German Hersbrucker: No date, least as old as 2014ish, Getting new hops.
Aromatic Malt: date same as hops, not sure.
Munich Malt: date same as hops, not sure.
DME: date same as hops, not worried.
Priming sugar: not worried.

Thoughts on replacing ingredients???

EDIT: LHBS is 1/2 hour away.

I'd take that back, and see if they have one that is fresh, shouldn't pay that much for old product.

It was the only one that they had in that flavor....
Plus, the receipt is gone.

That's crazy. I would take it back, receipt or no.
