so i'm pretty new here, but not to brewing. i have been brewing many types of wines for a few years and come here for a question. i recently made some kilju with normal bakers yeast and it turned out about 12% alcohol and once i got rid of the yeast at the bottom it tasted alright. my question is, is there a way to make it have higher alcohol content? if i say put double the amount of sugar and 2 packets of yeast would that higher it or would it just be a waste of sugar and or yeast?
