Does anyone have a good keylime cider recipe they are willing to share? I made a 1 gallon test batch for my wife who has Celiac. She found it too sweet and not enough tang.

Mine's pretty simple but tastes awesome.

Make up your regular plain cider and then back fill with Nellie & Joes Key Lime Juice! 8-12oz per gal depending on how much Zig ya want. Control the sweetness by how much residual sugar ya have in your cider prior to adding N&Js [emoji16]
