Kettle made for 2-burner stove top?

I've been brewing in my kitchen the last few months (for weather reasons) after only ever brewing outdoors with a large propane burner (blichmann). It got me thinking that a brewing vessel fabricator could make a killing on a SS pot designed to fit across two standard stovetop burners for better efficiency. My 5g pot only fits partly over the flame of two burners so I lose a lot of heat. Anybody aware of such a kettle? Do they make them?

They did make such a kettle back in the day, mostly out of copper. I am not aware of any new ones on the market, but if you do find one, it will be in "vintage" condition. I am sure it would still work fine.

I actually have that one too but I stopped using it... I think the aluminum was giving me off flavors

NTX, I've seen ones like that but mostly galvanized (or tin?) which probably would be no good to brew with. A flashy SS one with ball valve & thermometer would be awesome though... kickstarter anyone?
