So my dad's birthday is coming up and he loves KBBA, but were in MN so it's tough to get. I was thinking about trying to make a batch of something similar but could use some suggestions.
I was thinking using the Simply Beer Brown Ale kit and oaking it with Woodford Reserve soaked chips, but I'm not sure if this would work and I've never oaked a batch, so any and all suggestions and tips would be great!
Ps. I'm newish so extract brewing is where I'm at.
