40 lb propane tank, Bayou Classic SQ84 burner, 15.5 gallon keggle kettle with dip tube and screen, keggle mash tun with false bottom, stainless mash paddle, mash tun "koozy" insulator, cooler mash tun with manifold and valve, and a heavy duty platform that fits on two saw horses.
