So I need some advice. I've been brewing in a series of small pots and am ready to upgrade. I've been thinking about converting a Sanke that a friend gave me into a Keggle, but just stumbled across the Penrose Kettle made by the same guys that make the Brewhemoth Conical. Here's the link to the Penrose http://brewhemoth.com/penrose-kettle. I'll probably do an even number of 5 and 10 gallon batches in either setup. The Penrose would only cost me $80 too, since my father offered to go half on it. So do I go with the Penrose and use the Sanke for a big MLT or HLT (HERMS setup maybe)?

could use the penrose to boil, keg as HLT and a cooler as a MLT(I use this one-http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-70-Quart-Xtreme-Cooler/4807332)

If you use the keg, you will have to cut open the top and install a valve and other fittings.
