I'm looking to put both wine and/or mead on tap in my kegerator. I'll be using a nitro setup, but also want to have a stout on tap. I obviously don't anticipate serving wine or mead at 30 psi through a standard faucet would be anything short of a disaster.

So my question is this:

Since I can't seem to find a dual body nitro regulator for serving at different pressures, is there any difference between a CO2 and Nitro regulator other than the threading? I see they sell adapters to hook a CO2 regulator to a nitro tank, so would this be my correct solution?

I don't know if all regulators are rated for both, but I know some of them are clearly labled as being rated for both. Of course, once the primary drops the pressure down to 30 psi, I wouldn't worry if the secondary doesn't list an N2 max pressure.
