Kegging my first Home Brew

Just racked my first brew to my secondary fermenter. I bought a kit from Midwest supplies. They provided priming sugar with the kit. Do I need to prime the beer if I am going to keg it?

You can if you want, but if you have a CO2 tank, then no, you don't
