Kegging leak help

Hey guys,

Just got a keg setup today and realized there was a leak by the swivel nut on my mfl liquid disconnect. Anybody have this problem before? It doesn't look like its leaking by the clamp but more by the swivel nut.

Check the QD. MFL connectors need a plastic o-ring kinda thing to seal, which is usually on the male flare on the QD. Maybe the QD is missing that o-ring?
