Both systems have everything you need, the difference (for me) really comes down to pin lock vs ball lock. They are different sizes, so whichever will fit best in your fridge/chest freezer is the one to go with. Having said that, I've ordered from Birdman quit a bit and have always had a great experience. You can also expand your system to two kegs in the future easily with a wye splitter: http://www.birdmanbrewing.com/wye-splitter-assembly-5-16-barb/.

Thank you, I'll be ordering a kit from birdman soon. I have a ball lock keg I got for 25$ but that kit is still cheaper than the regulator, tank, and lines at my LHBS. The 2 tank upgrade will be easy
