Kegging equipment

I found a deal too good to pass up on some kegging equipment to pass up. It comes with a korny keg, 10 on co2 tank, plus a lot of other brewing stuff for $130. I am wondering if I could just use the keg in a deep freeze with a temp regulator without an actual tap handle and just use a hand held despenser. I don't want to make the freezer into a kegerator just yet. Would this work?

Ya, it will work with just the picnic taps. Did you get a regulator?
