First time cider brewing . Cider has been fermenting for 4 weeks. Its time to keg. Adding raspberry flavoring in keg. What psi do I force carbonate if I'm gonna roll for 20 min.
 
I like it around 10# @ 50ºF. The warmer temps seem to allow the apple to shine and @ 10# it's carb'd but not so much that it is like MGD. Just my personal preference though. You can adjust for your particular tastes.

You can find carbonations charts via google if you need to know specific volumes.
 
I hit mine at 30-psi and let it sit for a week roughly before drinkinh it.
But keep in mind i'm running though a nitro-tap so things are a littrle different.
