I am kegging 10 gallons of lager today in a 15 gallon sanke. I don't have room in my keezer for it yet. The beer is for a wedding this summer, I am brewing another 10 gallons of it today and reusing my yeast cakes. Then I will put 5 more gallons of it in my 15 gallon sanke and keg the 5 gallons in a corny. Anyways, do you think it will hurt the 10 gallon I keg today if I leave it in my basement that stays below 60, for a few weeks until I kill a few cornies in my keezer to make room, or should I make room now. Obviously I am going to co2 purge the 15g sanke today.

I have similar issues and haven't brewed a lager yet because of it. I'd be curious to see what somebody with some experience with lagers would have to say about this.
