Up until now I've only ever kept clean beers in my kegs. I have a bunch of free kegs and a lack of free bottles and a pale ale with brett ready to be drank.

For anyone that kegs beer with brett or wild yeast, what is your process?

It's the same process in my experience. I have found I like a bit more carbonation in wild/sour beers.

Cleaning is a bit more stringent after the keg is kicked if you want to put the keg back in regular rotation.

I usually soak overnight with hot PBW and hit it with a long iodophor soak as well. I do change out gaskets also.
