Hi all,
The last neipa I brewed smelled and tasted brilliant when first sampled, after two weeks in the keg its good but not as pungent and the taste is less fruity, what am I doing wrong, how can I maintain the aroma and taste in future?

I do a closed transfer from a fermzilla.
Kegs are 9 litres each
The out line from the fermenter is purged are purged with co2
The kegs are purged, filled with the beer, then pressurised
There are no leaks as the pressure as remains the same with no gas line attached.
I used approx 10g per litre of cascade, sabro and ella.

Any ideas?

my last NEIPA i used 7oz/198g my aroma and flavor was great and lasted a long time.
I fill my keg with starsan to the top purge it, then push it back to my other keg with Co2 then purge my lines and transfer.
the only thing i can say is add more hops, can never go wrong with more hops ;)

So it's either find the sneaky O2 or troubleshoot the hops. :hops:

Is that 10g/L of each of those hops (30g/L total), or 10g/L total hops?

How are they split between the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop?

How are you dry hopping to limit O2?

How are you purging the keg?

Are you cold crashing under CO2?
