Kegerator vs Keezer

I'm just getting started with this whole brewing thing... I bought a Mr Beer to start out and its currently fermenting. Either way Iv'e been looking at all the Keezers and Kegerators on here and have been wondering which way to go? Whats the difference besides being a fridge vs a freezer? Thanks guys
