Looks like at least a 5# CO2 tank, worth around $75 depending on age. Keg, tap and remainder for $50. Looks like a decent deal to me.
 
That looks my Kenmore kegerator. I bought mine maybe three or four years ago, and it's run flawlessly. Very quiet too.
 
Any idea mow many ball locks you can fit in there? I was thinking about using picnics taps on the extra since it is a single tower.
 
Two corny kegs, a 5lb CO2 tank, and a container of Damp Rid fit into mine.

As far as the tower goes, I drilled another hole into the tower to accept a second tap. It becomes a tight fit in the tower with two taps, so you can't use the existing shank. I ordered two elbow shanks from Micromatics.

Still a tight fit, but it works well.
