I just finished building my outdoor kitchen and was wondering what to do when temperature drops to below freezing this winter. I am in TN and it can be below freezing for several days to a week, but for the most part it drops to below freezing at night and warms up during the day. I have read of people putting drop lights in their kegerator. That would probably do the trick. One stupid question I had with that is do you just run the cord through the door? Seems like that would be counterproductive as it would not be sealed. Any thoughts? Here is a pic.
