hi everyone I'm gonna to get my father some upgrades for Christmas for his kegerator which will involve drilling a hole to bring peer cords and probes through where is the safe place worry free place to drill on the preferable sides or rear thanks

It all depends on the make and model of the fridge, you don't specify if its a full sized fridge, mini fridge, keezer. Your best bet is to look through some of the treads here and see if you can find your model of fridge. I think most mini fridges have coolant lines running through the top so you have to be extremely careful when drilling. More info about his setup would be needed to give you any worth while tips though.

It is a dandy kegerator

You, could just drill another hole in the tower. Or buy a new two tap tower. That would be the better option vs drilling the fridge. for the temp probe, just run it alongside the co2 tubing that comes in the back of the fridge?
